How it works, from preview to live

You see your new website before you pay. Here is each step, your first week, and what happens if you leave.

Got our email?

It has a link to your preview and your Client ID. Your preview has a Get this site button. It opens checkout with your Client ID filled in.

New here?

Tell us about your business. Our AI assistant emails you a couple of quick questions, then your preview. We reply within 1 business day.

Four steps to live

You pay at step 3, after you've seen your site.

  1. We build your preview

    We build your site from what's public about your business. Have a site already? We rebuild it from that.

  2. You look it over

    You see your actual site and a look at your dashboard. Take your time.

  3. Say yes and check out

    Enter your Client ID and the email it was sent to. Choose Managed or Site only, monthly or yearly, and pay by card. Nothing is charged before checkout. No setup fee.

  4. You're live

    On Managed, your site goes live on a Fornax address right after checkout. Your own domain follows once you connect it. Then dial the forwarding code in your dashboard to send missed calls to your Fornax line. On Site only, we help you move the site to your own host.

Your first week

On Managed, most of it works on day one. A few things wait on someone else.

Works on day one

  • Your site, on its Fornax address
  • Your lead inbox, with an email alert for each lead
  • Missed calls sent to your Fornax line, once you dial the code
  • Changes to your words, hours and photos

Comes after

  • Your own domain, once you connect it
  • Texting and missed-call text-back, once phone carriers approve your business, usually 1 to 3 weeks
  • Google profile check, if it isn't verified yet, a few days up to about 2 weeks

If you leave

Cancel Managed anytime. Your plan ends that day. You have 90 days to export your data, then we delete it. Want to keep the site? Take Site only, and we credit 50% of the Managed fees you paid against its price.
